These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tripleaplaza.com (the “Site”) operated by Triple A Plaza. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

About us

Triple A Plaza is an appliance sales, service, and installation company based at 650 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704, serving New York and New Jersey since 2009. The Site exists to share information about our services, let you request service or parts, and feature manufacturer product information.

Service agreements are separate. Any actual repair, sale, or installation work is governed by the work order, estimate, invoice, or contract you sign at the time of service — not by these Terms.

Using the Site

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information when submitting a form.
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or other users’ experience.
• Not scrape, crawl, or harvest content beyond normal browsing or search-engine indexing.

Content accuracy

We work to keep Site content accurate, but pricing, availability, product specifications, and policies can change. Information shown on the Site is for general reference. Quotes, warranties, and binding terms are confirmed in writing at the time of service.

Third-party content

Some pages include content from third parties — for example, the LG product catalog and customer review widgets. That content is provided by its respective owners. We don’t control it and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Trademarks and product names belong to their respective holders.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, logos, text, photography, and other original content are owned by Triple A Plaza or licensed for our use. You may view and share links to the Site freely, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission. LG and other manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners.

Your submissions

When you submit a service request or parts order form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share it. You authorize us to contact you using the information you submit to respond to your request. Submitting a form does not create a binding service contract; it’s a request for us to follow up.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — regarding the Site’s operation, content accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer applies to the Site itself. It does not affect any warranties that apply to actual service work, parts, or appliances we sell or install — those are governed by their own terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
