Triple A Plaza (“Triple A Plaza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tripleaplaza.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site — not to in-person service interactions, work orders, or invoices, which are governed by separate agreements at the time of service.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us. When you submit a service inquiry, parts request, Academy application, or heat-pump inquiry, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, location, appliance or service details, application responses, notes, and any photos you choose to attach.
• Automatically collected data. Our hosting and security providers record standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, and timestamp. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager also collect usage and campaign data when analytics is enabled. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, traffic analysis, and advertising measurement.
• Cookies. The Site uses functional storage needed for the site to work and to remember your analytics preference. Analytics and advertising technologies are enabled by default; you can opt out from the first-visit notice or the Cookie settings link in the footer. When you opt out, the Site does not load its Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Tag Manager scripts on later page loads.

How we use your information

• To respond to service inquiries and schedule appointments.
• To fulfill parts orders and follow up on availability or shipping.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond, provide service, evaluate applications, and comply with accounting or legal obligations. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to our operational needs and the settings of the providers described above.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to safeguard your information using current commercial practices.

Your choices

• You can decline to provide information, but we may not be able to respond to your inquiry without it.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you’ve submitted by emailing services@tripleaplaza.com.
• You can use the Cookie settings link in the footer to allow or block analytics scripts. You can also configure your browser to block cookies or local storage; some site features may stop working if you do.

Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.
